Music competition for young people aged 13-19. DJ's, MC's, hip hop dance acts, beatboxers etc. Come and have a go at performing! This is a competition, the events will be in heats, with a prize for the winners! £2 on the door.

Thursday May 26th "Tramping into Tewitland", Batley railway station at 6.30pm and the walkers expect to return around 9pm.

June 2nd "To Batley Carr and back to see how far it is" meet 6.30pm at Batley Market Place. June 9th “Beating the Birstall bounds” starts from the Black Bull Public House Kirkgate, Birstall at 6.30pm.

June 16th “Carlinghow Corn Trail” which starts at the Bridge and Wilton Hotel in Bradford Road, Carlinghow at 6.30pm. The charge for each walk is £6 and can be paid either for the whole course or on each individual date. Further details can be obtained from Malcolm on 01924 479824.

Sponsored walk/run around the ground in aid of Cancer Research UK. Everybody is being asked to wear pink on the day, to add to the fun! Buffet lunch will be available on sale. Women and children welcome. (Boys under 11 only)

Junior Cricket Coaching for 8-11 year olds.
22nd May onwards
10am to 11am. Costs £1! Please wear suitable clothing and foot wear.

Free fun street cricket for 7 to 17 year olds every Monday in the tennis court next to Batley Cricket ground.
